I lack data

  • Are you having trouble (up)loading the figures? This may have various causes:

    • When opening the report, you are sometimes asked to enter a reference month. This is the last month to be included in your analysis. For example: if you want to retrieve data as from May 2023, enter 202305 (format YYYYMM). December 2022 (202212) is the last month you can enter.
    • On the first page of the report, you will see the categories you have access to. Always tick off a category. Otherwise, you will not see any data.
    • You can use the filters to narrow down your selection to product level. Keep in mind that, if your selection includes items from competitors, up to 90% of sales may be accounted for by only one manufacturer and, if this amount is exceeded, data will unfortunately not be loaded, for privacy reasons.
  • Access to reports and categories is granted based on the agreement you have concluded. Please contact us, if an error occurs.

  • Please contact us. Add a screenshot of your search with the filters used. We will try to answer your question as soon as possible.

Features

  • Yes, it is possible to set a specific filter by default. Click 'View: original' in the bottom section of the report. Give the filter a name and click 'Save'. Your filter setting will be added automatically.

  • You can export all the data in different formats: PDF, PowerPoint, Excel (cross table). Click 'Export' in the lower right-hand corner.
