How can I analyze my actions at Collect&Go?

Your Xtra promotions are also carried out via Collect&Go, and sometimes you run specific promotions at Collect&Go. To make your promotions as efficient as possible, it is important to be able to follow them and adjust them for next time.

A supplier wants to know how his promotions are performing at Collect&Go and whether adjustments are needed.

How can I evaluate my actions?

At this moment, relative data is still being shared, but there are already possibilities to analyze your promotions.

In the first graph, we have the market share, where we almost always win market share when we have a promo. However, if a competitor also has a promotion at the same time, you will see that less reflected in the market share.

In the second graph, we have adjusted the market share in Out-of-Pocket to ‘on % of the receipts’ and we see an extra promotion appear in the 8th bar from the right. During that promotion, a competitor also had a heavy promotion running. This is not visible via the share, but via ‘on % of the receipts’ and ‘Out-of-pocket per trip’.

Conclusion

Through the market shares, most actions are visible, but by also looking at 'on % of the receipts' and 'Out-of-pocket per trip' we can evaluate all actions on their performance.
