How to work with this report?
Key Performance Indicators in the Report
This report visualises 3 important KPI's for each SKU:
- Number of units sold,
- Number of wasted units in the shops,
- Percentage waste: ratio of number of wasted units in the shops versus number of units sold.
These KPI's are available for the last 4 quarters so it is possible to monitor the evolution of waste units in time.
You can select the desired KPI, via the KPI select parameter in the report.
Articles
The data is available per category and for all national brand articles for whom you are the supplier. You will always find the brand, colruyt article number and the name next tot the KPI's. In case you are confronted with an error concerning your product information, you can contact us via insights@colruytgroup.com. We will then do the necessary to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Colruyt Group Banners
The data contains the in store waste units for Colruyt and Okay. It is possible to analyse the data for each CG Banner separately. Therefore, you can use the banner-filter and select the desired banner(s) in the dropdown menu.
Overview / Download
On the second tab of the report, you can find an overview of all the KPI's per quarter. It's also possible to download the data to excel, for instance, via the download data button.
